Together with you, I analyse the training needs of the different target groups and advise you on possible types of training (classroom, virtual classroom, e-learning, work instructions). I transfer the knowledge gained into a customised and sustainable training concept, including an implementation schedule and training material.

I organise competent trainers for you and, if required, train your employees to become in-house trainers themselves. I use the tools used in your company profitably and helpfully for training management and to prepare content. In doing so, I draw on my experience with SAP Learning Solution, SAP Success Factors and Cornerstone. I also like to familiarise myself with your company-specific tool.

From one provider right from the start

I organise the complete scheduling, room and lecturer planning for all training courses and coordinate the administrative process from invitations to attendance confirmation. You will regularly receive the necessary documentation, evaluations and reports of all registrations and attendance. I always keep you informed about the current status of all participants in your training project.

I am responsible for coordinating and assisting master trainers and the “train the trainer” training for employees, as well as managing and supporting local teams of trainers. I make practical use of the various commercially available learning management tools for processing and documentation. For this purpose, I draw on my experience with SAP Learning Solution, SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone. I ensure the punctual publication of training content with TT Knowledge Force, SAP Enable Now or your own in-house solution.

As unique as you need it to be

To begin with, I familiarise myself with your specific SAP system landscape, highlight your processes and their integration in SAP. On this basis, I develop vivid and practical training and implement it using a detailed, transparent course schedule. I adapt all training materials and exercises individually to the characteristics and special features of your company and your specific processes.

I put the data sets required for the training (customer, material, supplier data etc.) into the system. In the training, I moderate participants’ reflection discussions as standard or use questionnaires agreed with you for quality assurance. Of course, I also offer this for the responsible managers.

Practical and comprehensible

Directed towards your specific needs, I design the perfect methodical and didactic e-learning training for your various target groups. I create structures and scenarios, outline activities in a comprehensible way and develop descriptive instructions.

I also handle all post-processing work and refine any available records. In doing so, I ensure the successful transfer of knowledge through later assessments. I use the usual customary tools, such as TT Knowledge Force, SAP Enable Now or Camtasia.

I make your employees fit for your SAP.

As a certified SAP consultant and freelance lecturer, I support and advise you in all matters relating to SAP training management. Together with you, I analyse the training needs for your target groups, advise you on possible types of training and coordinate the training planning, implementation and follow-up work.

I familiarise your employees with the SAP system landscape and develop exercises for company-specific processes. If needed, I can design individual e-learning modules for you and your team using customary tools. Upon request, I can train your employees as in-house SAP trainers or assist and support your local team of trainers.
